Polypropylene Woven Sacks with Block Bottom Valve

These poly bags have an inner self-closing flap that functions as a check valve after filling. Our poly valve bags are available with plain valve or extended inner sleeves of paper or film. If an extended “tuck-in sleeve” is used, the sleeve is manually folded down and back into the pocket under the sleeve for positive closure against sifting.

Valve Bag can be used for: rice bags, flour bags, cement bags, fertilizer bags, jute bags, food bags, chemical bags, jumbo bags, feed bags and salt.

The Ad*Star Sack can be produced either as a one-layer Block Bottom Valve Bags (V-BB) or as an open mouth bag with a block bottom without valve (OM-BB) and with or without micro-perforations.

Fertilizers retain their effectiveness indefinitely as long as they are kept dry. Always keep fertilizers well-sealed in their bag or container. Fertilizers can absorb humidity from the air and actually turn into slush if not sealed up properly. Even if this should happen, the fertilizer can be used, it’s just more difficult. If granular fertilizers get damp and dry out they can form hard clumps.
