The most popular bag solution on the market. The Block Bottom PP woven bag is available in a multitude of combinations of materials and features. It is available in coated PP Woven Fabrics, BOPP laminated, with free film between the paper plies. Different external finishes (matt/glossy effect) are available.

This PP Woven Bag is a patented, renowned single-layer block-bottom sack, made without adhesives from coated woven polypropylene (WPP) fabric. Since it produced by the machine AD*Starlinger, people also call it AD*Star Bag . Which is commonly used for the automatic packaging, transportation and storage of cement, fertiliser, granulates, animal feed and many other dry bulk products. The bag is stronger than paper, quick to fill and has a good moisture barrier; all qualities that have contributed to the sharp increase in the use of this packaging type.

The Ad*Star Sack can be produced either as a one-layer Block Bottom Valve Bags (V-BB) or as an open mouth bag with a block bottom without valve (OM-BB) and with or without micro-perforations.
